Ephesians 5:1-2

“Be imitators of God, therefore, as dearly loved children and live a life of love, just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God” NIV

One day as I read this Scripture verse this image came to mind. Jesus offering His life to the punishment of the cross was the greatest act of love that has or ever will take place. The description of His sacrifice as a fragrant offering prompted the image of the rose. Is my life being lived as an offering that is producing the fragrance of Christ?
